At Ricardo, you will work with colleagues who are highly educated and skilled at their jobs. Over 90% of our staff have Bachelor’s degrees, 75% have Master’s and 10% have PhDs. We have always been an engineering and science company. Your colleagues will have a deep understanding of the fundamentals of how things work.

Work on international projects

Our projects are truly international for our world-wide customers. You will join project teams assembled from our various technical centres in different countries. Although we have the IT infrastructure to enable remote working with colleagues and customers, you will also have the opportunity to travel to our customers and to Ricardo sites around the world.

Our Culture

We have a truly international culture, with over 30 different nationalities and English as our working language. As an organization, we believe that it is important to enjoy being at work and to have a healthy work-life balance. We therefore have a friendly, informal atmosphere with the emphasis placed on trusting the individual. We have flexible working hours and some of our staff spend one or more days per week working from home.

We are one of the host companies in the Czech Republic for “Girls’ Day”, where we strive to increase female participation in technical professions. Corporate Social Responsibility

Being a business is not just about making money we also invest back into the community. We donate books and equipment to local schools. Our engineers give talks to pupils about work and technology. We are part of “Kasiopea”, a programming competition for high school students. We raise money for the Sue Ryder Foundation by holding bazaars and taking part in their annual football competition. We donate to “Klokánek”, a local charity that helps orphaned children.
